We are the real manufacturer with our own factory, we have the professional purchasing/ production/design/ QC / engineer/ after-sales service/sales department, welcome to visit our company.

What’re the relations between Fumot Vape, Movkin Vape, Supbliss Vape, and Vome Vape?

Fumot, Movkin, Supbliss, and Vome are four vape brands launched by Shenzhen Fumot Technology Co., Ltd. Fumot Tech is both the owner and manufacturer of these four brands.

What are the payment methods?

We accept Paypal, T/T, Western Union, Alibaba Trade Assure various payments as you like.

When will you ship my stuff once i made an order?

Usually for 5000pcs below, we will ship within 7 working days. For very big quantity, we can ship in several batches.

Can I custom my logo on product or packaging?

Yes buyer’s logo/packaging customization is warmly welcomed. After we confirmed the details, we will produce out samples then confirm with the buyer. If no problem then we will instantly start to go on mass production.

Can I pay some deposit first, when you finish my big quantity, then I pay the rest?

Sure, we support a 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance payment before shipping, this only acceptable when paying to our bank directly.

Sometimes I also want to order other stuff, could you please help me purchase it?

No problem, it’s our pleasure.

What’s about the returning policy when I found vapes are not working?

Pls collect all bad ones together, send detailed photos/videos to us, after we check, we will make up the corresponding quantity together with your new order.
